Qualifications and Skills

• Familiarity with JIRA for tracking and managing project tasks
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions and team collaboration
• In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its applications
• Knowledge in IT Service Management to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Strong problem-solving skills to address clients' needs and improve their IT processes
