Role Description

As a Network Technical Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to network users, resolving network issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of network infrastructure. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve network problems, configure and maintain network devices, and provide training and support to end-users.

Qualifications

Proven experience in network administration and support

Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)

Experience with network devices and tools (routers, switches, firewalls, network analyzers)

Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting and diagnostic tools

Understanding of network security principles and best practices

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field

Certifications

Salary 30 to 33k ctc
