This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

• Strong knowledge of vendor management and negotiation techniques
• Experience in managing purchase orders, invoicing, and the billing process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet company objectives
• Source and evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and establish strong relationships
• Review and analyze purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and market trends
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to payment
• Resolve vendor performance issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor information
