Job Overview:
As an Assistant Sales Manager/Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales and marketing activities of the territory. This includes Sales, Marketing and Collection of assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
1. ME's compliance data Examine and inform the zonal manager.
2. New key and non-key counter onboarding.
3. Utilise MEs to propel the business plan.
4. Create a business plan for the primary counters and cultivate an excellent relationship with the team in charge of liquidation and collection.
5. Tasks related to market developments.
Requirements:
1. MSc, BSc Agri .
2. Experience Required 4 to 8 years
3. Working in fertilizer company
4. Proven work experience as an sales and marketing Department.
5. Solid understanding of fertilizer market.
6. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PPT.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
9. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. High level of integrity and confidentiality.
