We are urgently seeking applications for a Technical Program Manager for our client, a US based Software Product Company for their Bangalore office.
Position Summary:
The Technical Program Manager acts as a conduit between the Product Team's visionary ideas and the Development Team's implementation strategies, ensuring seamless alignment as outlined below:
- Collaborates with the PM to define initiatives, offering essential background insights for comprehensive project understanding.
- Assists the team in comprehending the PM's vision for initiatives, breaking them down into achievable milestones to enable accurate estimation.
- Transforms initiatives into refined and prioritized User Stories, ensuring their readiness for implementation.
Desired Skills:
- Experience Required: 10-15 years.
- Proficient blend of project management, business analysis, and technical acumen, fostering strong collaborative teamwork.
- Prior experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (must have).
- Demonstrated technical expertise in contemporary web technologies for building robust enterprise software applications.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Proficiency in AWS and CI/CD environments, alongside a comprehensive understanding of JIRA.
- Experience with UX/Prototyping tools, such as LucidChart and Figma, complemented by experience in relational databases like MySQL or equivalent systems.
- Proven track record of working effectively within agile environments.
- Familiarity with FrontEnd web standards: CSS3, HTML 5.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on technical experience within the IT industry, with an advantageous background in Software Development.
- Strong time management skills, adept at handling multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, coupled with at least 6 years of experience in roles such as Technical Program Manager, Software Developer, or Software Tester.
