We are pleased to invite applications for the role of Engineering Manager with one of our client, a leading software product and service provider for the media industries for their Delhi NCR CoE.
This role requires a hand-on leader with at least 10 years of development experience in a Software product company having excellent experience in .Net stack and cloud.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Excellent knowledge of building and delivering software with a strong sense of ownership.
Contributing ideas to product development initiatives.
Planning and managing product development stages including product deployment and integration.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Reporting product development progress to senior management.
Ensuring that products are delivered on time with quality and within budget.
Keen eye on diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
Evaluating product performance metrics and facilitating adjustments.
Documenting processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Keeping up with advancements in product technologies
Skills & Experience Required:
A minimum of 15+ years of over all experience and at least 5-7 years of development experience working in a software product company.
B.E./B.Tech. in computer sciences or MBA in technology management or similar.
Good knowledge and experience working on technologies like .NET Framework, ASP.NET, Java script, Angular/ React, Cloud (AWS preferred) based product development
Advanced proficiency in understanding modern architecture, SaaS and scalable product development.
People management, engaging team and controlling attrition
Experience working on product architecture, design artifacts and solutions.
Exposure to E Commerce and Fintech (Payment gateways) is preferred
Advanced knowledge of the full life-cycle of product development.
Experience in product development planning and providing leadership.
Ability to collaborate with engineering teams, product teams and report to senior managers.
Ability to evaluate product performance metrics, as well as diagnose and resolve issues.
Ability to keep up with advancements in the field of technical product development.
