We are inviting applications for the position of Cyber Security Manager for our client, one of the biggest financial institutions of India.

Experience & Certifications :

• University degree in computer science or IT.
• Minimum 18+ years of experience in Cyber security.
• Hands-on experience in security systems and technologies.
• Familiarity with web and network protocols.
• Experience building and managing Cyber Security teams.
• Knowledge of industry frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS.
• Understanding of multi-tiered applications and firewalls.
• Preferred knowledge of Web Application Firewalls, IDAM, Database activity monitoring.
• Industry certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISA, CISM.
• Technology vendor certifications (Cisco, Checkpoint, RSA, IBM, HP, etc.).
• Industry standard frameworks (ITIL, ISO, NIST, PCI-DSS).

Responsibilities :

• Lead a team covering Secure application development, VAPT, Risk assessments, and more.
• Develop and align Cyber Security vision with business goals.
• Establish and maintain Cyber security policies and procedures.
• Enhance employee Cyber security awareness.
• Develop technical solutions and tools to mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Foster relationships with IT and internal departments to improve Cyber security posture.
• Provide strategic risk guidance for IT projects.
• Manage staff, including selection, goal setting, and career development.
• Drive innovation and thought leadership in Cyber security.
• Plan and manage annual budgets for Cyber Security Engineering.
