What will you do?

Be part of the team responsible for creating an exciting and successful onboarding experience for premium users with Crio products 

Onboarding premium users on the learning programs via 1:1 video call

Actively engage with the users with 1:many small group orientation sessions

Coordinate with the admissions and growth team to resolve user queries related to payment, loan applications, EMIs etc.

Facilitate alumni meet ups to foster a sense of community and help build network that provides career guidance and opportunities

Lead buddy programs to boost informal learning spaces within Crio’s learning community

Understand expectations of different users and deliver a great user experience for new sign ups across the learning programs

Fellowship program in S/W development (Full stack & Backend developer track)

Fellowship Advanced in S/W development

Masters in QA automation 

Constantly take feedbacks from users and use it to further shape the onboarding process

Be the first point of contact for new users and address any issues or queries in a timely and friendly manner.

Who are we looking for?

An individual with empathy, good communication skills, and patience.

Someone with an ability to communicate with stakeholders across spectrum - Sales to Delivery operations

One to independently take on problem areas, come up with approaches/hypothesis and execute it

An open and upbeat personality, you are someone positive to be around :)

Any previous experience in a similar role, either with direct experience with onboarding or within HR team for onboarding new employees within an organization is useful
