Role Description Hiring Partnerships team works on placing the learners who have gone through Crio curriculum in their dream jobs.
As a Business Associate in the Hiring Partnerships team, you will be responsible for bringing in new Hiring Partners who will hire Crio Graduates.
Requirements
- Good oral & written communication skills
- Good analytical ability
- Self-starters who need very little oversight to get things done
- Willingness to learn
- Basic exposure to Google sheets
- Most important - Rigor, Ownership & Attention to Detail
Responsibilities
- Utilize business and industry knowledge to research companies, identify key personnel in companies and reachout over different communication channels
- Ability to generate qualified hiring partner leads who will hire Crio graduates
- Understand the tech market landscape (GICs, Startups, Unicorns, IT services) to improve reach out efficiency
- Leverage tools to improve lead generation
- Bring key insights back to the team on improving hiring partnerships
- Manage, track, and report all activities in spreadsheets
