Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sales Data Management: Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and recommendations for sales strategies.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales operations efficiency.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, contract management, and customer inquiries.
- CRM Management: Oversee the use and maintenance of the CRM system. Preferably LSQ
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Training: Provide training and support to sales team members on sales tools and process
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills,
- Ability to perform advanced computing functions,
- Familiarity with databases and sales CRM (preferably LSQ),
- Well versed with MS Office including Access, Excel, and Google Sheets, Power-bi or any other Analytics tools.
- Lead inflow analysis (Daily/Weekly)
- Lead Distribution Analysis (Daily/Weekly)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills,
