Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Sales Data Management: Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and recommendations for sales strategies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales operations efficiency.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, contract management, and customer inquiries.
  • CRM Management: Oversee the use and maintenance of the CRM system. Preferably LSQ
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Training: Provide training and support to sales team members on sales tools and process  

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills,
  • Ability to perform advanced computing functions,
  • Familiarity with databases and sales CRM (preferably LSQ),
  • Well versed with MS Office including Access, Excel, and Google Sheets, Power-bi or any other Analytics tools.
  • Lead inflow analysis (Daily/Weekly)
  • Lead Distribution Analysis (Daily/Weekly)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills,
