Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and logical Product Associate to manage our CRM systems, program manage our inbuilt LMS tool, and ensure smooth operational workflows across these platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to query and extract data from SQL tables, and the capability to write automation rules within CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the company’s CRM platforms to enhance business workflows.
• Program manage the company’s inbuilt LMS tool, ensuring functionality and alignment with organizational needs.
• Write automation workflows in CRM using logical if/else statements to streamline processes.
• Query and analyze data from SQL tables to generate insights and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable configurations and workflows.
• Monitor and troubleshoot CRM and LMS system issues, enabling smooth customer experience.
• Provide training and support to team members on CRM and LMS functionalities as needed.

Qualifications:

• 0-1 years of experience in technical roles like System Engineer, Analyst, Technical Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in CRM management and automation.
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills, including the ability to query data and create basic reports (JOINS, GROUP BY, AGGREGATION)
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Systems, or related) or equivalent experience.
