Role Description

As part of the Pre-Sales team, you will be doing webinars or consultative 1-1 demos for our potential learners. Your responsibility includes understanding their professional needs and see how Crio can help them.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral communication & presentation skills
  • Excellent conversational & convincing skills 
  • Should be comfortable doing live webinars over platforms similar to Zoom and G-Meet
  • Good sales intuition
  • Should have inclination to pick up some basic tech skills
  • BE-IT/CS/MCA preferred; Other degrees also welcome if your communication/presentation skills are excellent and if you are willing to pick up some basic tech
  • [Preferred] 1+ year experience in B2B or B2C pre-sales
  • [Preferred] Some tech exposure through degree or previous job
  • Ability to work in a 6 day work schedule up to 10 PM including Sat/Sun. Shift timing/days will be decided by the team.


Responsibilities

  • Understand Crio’s product deeply and counsel our potential users on how it can help achieve their career goals
  • Do 1-1 live session over zoom calls
  • Do 1-many webinar sessions over zoom calls
  • Follow team processes in CRM tool as appropriate
