Key Responsibilities: 

• Visualize and Create Animations: Develop innovative and compelling motion graphics and animations for various projects. 
• Software Proficiency: Should be highly proficient in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Da Vinci Resolve. Knowledge of Blender is a plus. 
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members, providing constructive feedback and helping them to improve their skills and techniques. 
• Project Management: Strictly follow project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule without compromising on quality. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with the team of Producers, Graphic Designers and Motion Graphics Artists, to ensure cohesive and visually appealing outputs. 
• Research: Conduct research on current animation methods and techniques used by other parties to explain complex content, ensuring our animations remain cutting-edge and effective. 
• Innovation and Creativity: Continuously bring fresh and creative ideas to the table, staying updated with the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics and animation. 
• Quality Assurance: Review and quality check all motion graphics and animations to maintain high standards and consistency across all projects. 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in motion graphics and animation. 
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Da Vinci Resolve. 
• Basic knowledge of Blender is an added advantage. 
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in motion graphics and animation. 
• Excellent visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing junior talent. 
• Highly innovative, creative, and willing to experiment with new techniques and ideas.
