Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Interview Operations. As an Interview Operations at Crio.Do, you will be responsible for managing the interview process and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work under pressure. The ideal candidate should have a passion for talent acquisition and be excited to contribute to the growth of our company.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in interview operations or related role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems
  • Knowledge of sourcing and screening resumes
  • Experience in client coordination and account management is a plus
  • Certification in recruitment or related areas is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the interview process, including scheduling, coordinating with candidates and interviewers, and ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit
  • Prepare and send out interview invitations and confirmations
  • Provide clear and timely communication to candidates regarding interview logistics and expectations
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and interviewers to ensure a well-structured interview process
  • Track and maintain accurate records of candidate details, feedback, and interview outcomes
  • Assist in developing and implementing interview guidelines and best practices
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in interview operations
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
