  • Looking for analytical, smart, and passionate individuals, raring to make an impact, to be part of the Growth & Marketing Team at Crio.Do
  • Should have around 4+ years of experience in a dynamic and high growth startup-like environment managing marketing, email, social media, digital advertising, and/or growth campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Should be comfortable with handling data and reports with the right tools
  • Structured problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn, experiment and grow. Good communication skills
  • Should be able to independently form a hypothesis about the market, and validate the same through data
  • Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance.
  • Ability to take initiatives and address something hands-on

What will you do?

  • Develop deep understanding about the offering and market for technology learning product
  • You will be responsible for identifying and scaling new ways to acquire customers for various offerings (optimizing for cost of acquisition)
  • Define, understand & identify key success metrics and strategies for all re-activation programs
  • Ensure steady execution of processes from idea to final launch for re-activation programs/projects
  • Coordinate with internal business stakeholders to understand and build marketing strategy for the organization
