Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Representative to join our growing team. As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth within the enterprise segment. This role involves identifying and engaging key decision-makers in target organizations, understanding their needs, and positioning our companies' solutions as the ideal choice to address those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and target potential enterprise clients through market research, networking, and other lead-generation activities.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.


Client Engagement:

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, HR leaders, and L&D professionals, to understand their organizational challenges and training needs.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.


Solution Selling:

  • Articulate the benefits of our courses and programs in addressing the specific needs of enterprise clients.
  • Work closely with the product and marketing teams to tailor solutions to meet client requirements.


Negotiation and Closing:

  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients.
  • Drive the sales process from initial contact through contract execution and closure.


Account Management:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and act as the main point of contact for enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns.


Market Intelligence:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide insights for continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably in the ed-tech or training industry.
  • Strong understanding of the engineering education landscape is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
