Technical Specialist - Embedded Systems

About the role:

As a technical specialist, you will be responsible for creating, organizing and maintaining current and future e-learning courses that are offered by SKILL-LYNC. If you are a teacher at heart and a techie by mind, then you should definitely consider this unique role. Responsibilities:

This is a high visibility role, you will be working closely with various teams in designing and delivering world class upskilling solutions for enterprise customers. 

• You will support the enterprise sales and solutioning team in understanding and designing client specific upskilling solutions
• You will be required to Research and Develop curriculum as per industry needs and requirements
• You will be working closely with our content management and development team to create high-quality training materials that will be used for B2B clients.
• You will participate in course planning and scheduling
• You will conduct training sessions for learners enrolled in our upskilling programs in select areas
• You will train and supervise a team of technical support engineers to provide the necessary tutoring support for our clients

Requirements:

• Educational qualification: Master degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engg or related areas from reputed institute
• 5+ years of experience as design & development engineer or 10+ years of experience in Academia/ Training
• Hands on experience on Embedded Software Development 
• Understanding of AUTOSAR and other Vehicle Software development areas 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
