Roles & Responsibilities: 

Client Solutioning: 

• Understand and propose solutions as per the client requirements in the assigned category, particularly focusing on embedded systems and software. 
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to build comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry standards. 
• Develop and maintain standard solutioning models for a wide spectrum of embedded offerings, including but not limited to: 
• Embedded Hardware Design and Development 
• Firmware Development and Testing 
• Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) implementation 
• Embedded Linux and QNX solutions 
• IoT solutions and Edge Computing 
• Automotive Embedded Systems and AUTOSAR 

Account Management: 

• Map the client organization with various stakeholders & verticals to identify and drive new business opportunities in respective categories. 
• Manage the delivery process post closure by working cross-functionally with Operations, Technical Specialists, and Content Teams, ensuring timely and quality deliverables. 
• Handle client escalations by liaising with internal stakeholders and leadership to resolve issues promptly and maintain high client satisfaction. 
• Prepare detailed account plans, execute them effectively, and continuously monitor to ensure client satisfaction and growth. 

Category Roadmap: 

• Engage with multiple client stakeholders to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and future needs to build a robust category offering roadmap. 
• Take complete ownership of the content roadmap in the respective category, including: 
• Updating and enhancing training modules and technical content 
• Incorporating the latest advancements and industry trends in embedded systems 
• Developing case studies, white papers, and best practices for client education 

Technical Expertise: 

• Strong understanding of the Engineering and R&D landscape with a focus on embedded systems. 
• Proficient in Embedded C/C++ programming, with experience in developing and debugging firmware. 
• In-depth knowledge of microcontrollers, microprocessors, and embedded hardware design. 
• Familiarity with RTOS concepts, including FreeRTOS, QNX, and other real-time operating systems. 
• Experience with embedded Linux, device drivers, and kernel programming. 
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, and Ethernet. 
• Understanding of IoT architecture, protocols, and security. 
• Familiarity with automotive embedded systems, including AUTOSAR standards and automotive Ethernet. 
• Experience with development tools and environments such as IDEs, version control systems (Git), and debugging tools.
