Job Role:
- Collaborate with automotive clients to create client-centric proposals for upskilling
and reskilling in the latest industry trends.
- Focus areas include Electric Vehicles (EVs), Engineering Design (R&D),
Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and other emerging technologies.
- Analyze client requirements and design tailored training solutions aligned with
current and future market demands.
- Work closely with internal/external teams to deliver high-quality and impactful
solutions for Delivery.
Internship Duration:
- 6 Months with the potential for full-time conversion based on performance.
Domain: Solutioning for Automotive Clients (OEM, Tier1, E-R&D, GCC)
Qualification:
- B.Tech in Mechanical, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Job Skills:
- Strong interest in the latest engineering trends and developments within the
automotive industry (CASE)
- Proactive learning approach and adaptability to new concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in creating professional PowerPoint presentations.
