Roles and Responsibilities:
* Proactively contact interested leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp to complete collection formalities.
* Connect with NBFC partners to expedite loan approvals through various communication channels.
* Educate customers on payment terms, timelines, and financial assistance options.
* Generate payment links for learners opting for manual payments and assist them in timely transactions.
* Negotiate payment plans for overdue accounts and remind customers of pending payments.
* Accurately track and document collection efforts in CRM and Google Sheets.
* Collaborate with NBFCs, sales, and customer support teams to address payment-related issues.
* Identify and escalate non-responsive accounts for further action as needed.
* Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all interactions to enhance customer experience.
* Meet and exceed monthly collection targets while adhering to compliance and ethical practices.
Requirements:
* 1+ years of experience in collections, customer service, or a related field (preferably in Ed-Tech, NBFC, finance, or BPO).
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and collection management systems is advantageous.
* Understanding of installment payment models, EMI structures, and financial assistance programs in the education sector.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
* A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
