Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to customers in Kannada.
2. Introduce our products/services to potential customers and provide information about features and benefits.
3. Answer incoming calls from potential customers and respond to their inquiries.
4. Maintain a database of potential and existing customers.
5. Handle customer complaints or objections effectively.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in Kannada is essential.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Prior experience in tellecalling is preferred but not mandatory.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Basic computer skills to maintain records and update customer information.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
7. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
