Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at CredR. As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our performance marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and revenue growth. This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in performance marketing.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on user acquisition and revenue growth
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions
- In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, platforms, and tools
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize effectively
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and display advertising
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to develop and execute campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing
- Track and report on key performance metrics to stakeholders
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively
- Identify and test new channels and tactics to improve campaign performance
