Job Overview
As a Field Executive at CredR, you will play a crucial role in the company's mission to simplify the Used Automobile Marketspace. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, conducting on-site inspections, and ensuring a seamless buying and selling process for used two-wheelers. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar field or role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Familiarity with the automobile industry, particularly the used two-wheeler market
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer experience
- Conduct on-site inspections of used two-wheelers, verifying their condition and authenticity
- Assist customers in the buying and selling process, providing guidance and resolving any issues
