Job Overview

The Field Executive will be responsible for conducting field visits and ensuring smooth operations in the assigned area. They will play a key role in establishing and maintaining a strong relationship with customers and dealers.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar field executive role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good knowledge of the local market and dealer network
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Proactive and self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
• Valid driving license and two-wheeler

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to ensure timely and efficient operations in the assigned area
• Maintain and enhance relationships with customers and dealers
• Collect market intelligence and provide valuable insights to the management
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new field executives
• Resolve customer issues and provide prompt solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks
• Keep track of competitor activities and propose strategies to stay ahead in the market
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
