Job Overview
The Field Executive will be responsible for conducting field visits and ensuring smooth operations in the assigned area. They will play a key role in establishing and maintaining a strong relationship with customers and dealers.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar field executive role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of the local market and dealer network
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Proactive and self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
- Valid driving license and two-wheeler
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to ensure timely and efficient operations in the assigned area
- Maintain and enhance relationships with customers and dealers
- Collect market intelligence and provide valuable insights to the management
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new field executives
- Resolve customer issues and provide prompt solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks
- Keep track of competitor activities and propose strategies to stay ahead in the market
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
