Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Field Executive to join our team at CredR. As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for conducting various field activities related to the buying and selling of used two-wheelers. This includes assisting customers with their queries, inspecting and evaluating vehicles, and ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for both buyers and sellers. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar field role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with the used two-wheeler market and trends.
  • Proficient in using technology and mobile applications.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to ride two-wheelers.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Assist customers with their queries related to buying and selling used two-wheelers.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and evaluations to determine their condition and market value.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation and paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate the smooth execution of transactions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, pricing, and market trends.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and trends to provide relevant insights and suggestions.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets to contribute to the company's growth.
