Job Overview

We are hiring a Delivery Executive to join our team at CredR. As a Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and timely delivery of our products to customers. This is a part-time position suitable for freshers with less than 1 year of experience. The job location is Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record with no traffic violations
• Ability to navigate and use navigation apps
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle cash transactions, if required
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy packages if necessary
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and timely delivery of products to customers
• Follow delivery routes and time schedules
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate the delivery vehicle
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Collect payments from customers, if necessary
• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the delivery vehicle
• Report any incidents, accidents, or violations to the supervisor
• Adhere to all traffic and transportation laws and regulations
