We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager with a strong understanding of the healthcare research industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on healthcare-related campaigns and strategies. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing initiatives to promote our healthcare research consultancy services, increase brand visibility, and engage with our target audience. This is a dynamic position that requires a creative thinker, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to adapt to the evolving digital landscape in healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage engaging content for the company's website, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and other digital channels, ensuring content is informative, accurate, and compliant with healthcare regulations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the healthcare industry, aimed at increasing brand awareness, attracting new leads, and driving conversions.
- Manage and optimize digital campaigns, promotions, and advertising programs across various platforms, such as the company website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google, and other relevant channels, while closely monitoring performance metrics.
- Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using web analytics tools, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, keyword rankings, and website traffic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure effective communication within internal channels as well as through external channels to drive appropriate messaging to the audiences
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing, specifically within the healthcare industry, and propose innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain a strong understanding of healthcare research regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring all marketing materials and campaigns adhere to industry standards.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews, inquiries, and comments across various platforms, ensuring positive brand reputation and patient satisfaction.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes, personalize customer experiences, and optimize lead generation and nurturing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support digital marketing initiatives.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and track the ROI of marketing campaigns and access against the goals with assigned KPIs
- Maintaining and building a social media presence on all possible digital platforms
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification in digital marketing is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful campaigns in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations and experience working within compliance guidelines, including HIPAA or similar data privacy regulations.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, marketing automation platforms, content management systems (CMS), and ad-serving tools (DART, etc.)
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content, engage with various stakeholders, and ensure effective messaging.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and approaches to digital marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and project management skills to effectively handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.
