Job Title: Business Development Executive & Lead Generation Executive

Location: Ahmedabad Gujarat (Onsite)

Experience Level: Fresher to 1 Year


Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive / Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, client relationship building, and driving business growth. If you are a fresher or have up to 1 year of experience, we are excited to help you develop your skills and advance your career.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other lead-generation tools.
  • Initiate contact with prospective clients to understand their requirements and introduce company services/products.
  • Generate leads, set up meetings, and manage follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Maintain and update a database of leads, prospects, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on lead generation activities and progress.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.


Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify target markets and leads.
  • Ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and lead generation tools.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and business development strategies.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Time management and ability to multitask efficiently.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
  • Prior internship experience in a similar role would be an added advantage.
