JD of Project manager

-Taking ownership of, and managing the full project life cycle

-Managing the team, sprints, planning, and communicating with management and stakeholders

-Regular sync up with the project team and developers teams to communicate progress

-Analyse the resource requirements for the projects based on the scope of the work and provide work estimates.

-Organisational skills and time management skills to keep projects on track to the finish

-Coordinate and create the means required to ensure the proper flow of information throughout the project.

-Proactively organise team meetings or other types of meetings whenever necessary to keep the team updated with the status of the project

-Keep the various project organisation tools up to date (including project organisation flow charts and timelines)

-Being the point of reference for the team to respect milestones, deadlines, etc.

-Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks

-Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed

-Ensure Stakeholders Satisfaction

-Evaluate Project Performance

-Planning everything from execution to delivery

-Directing the team to achieve a common goal

-Managing the deployment deliverables

-Monitoring progress and tracking roadblocks

-Conducting regular meetings

-Establishing a shared vision

-Managing documentation and reports

-Creating a self-governing team

-Keeping the team close-knit

-Coordinating with the clients

-Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully

-Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation

Experience should be 1-3 years
