We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business growth by promoting our HR and L&D services to corporate clients and educational institutions, as well as selling courses to students and working professionals.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  2. Identify and prioritize potential clients in the corporate and educational sectors.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  4. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  5. Pitch our HR and L&D services to corporate clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  7. Customize our training programs and courses to meet the specific needs of clients and target audiences.
  8. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings to prospective clients.
  9. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or related roles.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  5. Knowledge of the HR and L&D industry and familiarity with corporate training programs and educational courses.
  6. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  7. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
  8. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
