Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Injection Moulding Process Setter to join our team at CRAFT MOLD (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Process Setter, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining injection moulding machines, ensuring the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in injection moulding processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in injection moulding processes
• Strong knowledge of injection moulding machine operations and troubleshooting
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Experience with mould setup and changeover
• Proficiency in performing regular maintenance on machines
• Attention to detail, with a focus on quality
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate injection moulding machines according to specifications
• Ensure moulds, materials, and machine settings are correct
• Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and productivity
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine and process issues
• Perform regular maintenance on machines and equipment
• Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments or repairs
• Maintain accurate records of production and performance
• Adhere to safety and quality standards
