Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Manager- Bicycle located in Ludhiana. The Purchasing Manager- Bicycle will be responsible for strategizing purchasing activities, maintaining vendor relationships, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely deliveries. The role also entails sourcing and auditing suppliers, reviewing purchase orders, inventory management, and managing the purchasing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years' experience in purchasing and sourcing, preferably in the bicycle or related industry
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and practices, supply chain management, and inventory management
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate deals, build and maintain vendor relationships, and think strategically
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP, and purchasing software/tools
• Experience managing a team of purchasing professionals is a plus
