Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the assigned area
• Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure high performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, doctors, and healthcare professionals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly
• Prepare and submit sales forecasts, budget reports, and other required documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to drive business growth
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in the pharmaceutical sector
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and take corrective actions as needed
