Role Overview:
As a Commercial Real Estate Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell commercial office spaces in Pune and assist clients in finding suitable office spaces that meet their business needs.
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, including businesses, startups, and organizations looking for office space in Pune.
Property Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of commercial properties available in Pune, including details on size, location, amenities, and pricing.
Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their specific office space requirements, budget constraints, and preferred locations.
Property Tours: Arrange and conduct property tours to showcase available office spaces to potential clients.
Negotiation: Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and other contractual terms between landlords and tenants to facilitate deals.
Market Research: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to provide clients with accurate information.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, online platforms, and referrals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service and addressing client concerns promptly.
Documentation: Prepare and review lease agreements, contracts, and other legal documents related to property transactions.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
