Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional service via phone and digital channels.
• Engage with clients to cross-sell and up-sell NBFC products, including insurance and lending services.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on potential leads.

Requirements:

• Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
• Experience: Preferred background in sales, telemarketing, insurance, or lending. Candidates with previous experience in NBFCs or similar financial services will have an advantage.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, customer-oriented approach, and goal-oriented mindset.

Working Hours:

• Regular full-time hours with flexibility during peak business needs.
• Working Days: 2nd and 4th Saturdays are working days; Sundays off.

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary with commission or performance-based incentives. Increment opportunities based on your current CTC.
