Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in unified communications with the ability to manage and integrate communication platforms effectively.
• Proficiency in collaboration tools to foster seamless communication and teamwork environments.
• Strong expertise in Cisco technologies (Mandatory skill) used for networking and unified communication solutions.
• Hands-on experience with AWS for deploying and managing unified communications in a cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Vmware for virtualization and effective management of IT resources.
• Familiarity with CUCM for centralized and efficient management of communication systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to troubleshoot complex communication system issues.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to work collaboratively in dynamic and remote environments.
