Position: Trainer - IVR Surgery
Experience Required: 8 to 12 years

Job Description
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Paramedical field.
- Certifications: CPC (Certified Professional Coder) is required; LSBB (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) is preferred.
- Experience: 10-15 years of coding experience, with a strong background in IVR coding, particularly in cardiovascular and general surgery. At least 5+ years in coding and 3+ years in a team lead role.
- Additional Certifications: CPMA (Certified Professional Medical Auditor) is an added advantage.
- Location: Chennai
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience managing a Quality Assurance (QA) team is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to team issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in IVR coding.
- Manage inventory and team planning, ensuring that production and quality goals are consistently met.
- Provide guidance and support to the team, handling clarifications and fostering a positive, motivated work environment.
- Demonstrate analytical skills in resolving complex coding issues and identifying trends.
- Research grey areas to provide innovative solutions and support team education through regular training sessions.
- Maintain client communication by addressing queries and escalating issues as necessary.
- Ensure the team’s compliance with HIPAA, OIG, and other healthcare regulations.
- Respond promptly to all managerial communications and project protocols.
