Key Responsibilities:


Risk Management:

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify, analyze, and evaluate potential risks to the organization.
  • Regularly review and update the risk register to reflect changes in the business environment and regulatory landscape.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls.
  • Ensure that risk management practices align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.


Third Party Risk Management:

  • Evaluate and monitor the risk profile of third-party vendors and partners.
  • Conduct due diligence and risk assessments of potential and existing third-party relationships.
  • Ability to co-ordinate remediation of identified issues with vendors and follow-up for closures.


Additional responsibilities:

  • Manage risk & third-party risk management policies, procedures, methodologies and documentation.
  • Work closely with various departments, including legal, procurement, IT, and compliance, to ensure a holistic approach to risk management.
  • Provide training and guidance on risk management practices to internal teams.
  • Prepare and present risk assessment reports, findings, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with internal and external audits and regulatory inspections related to risk management & TPRM.
  • Stay up to date with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices related to risk management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent.
  • Additional/Preferred qualifications – CISA, CISSP, CRISC.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in risk assessment, third-party risk management.


Skills:

  • Experience with Cloud Control Frameworks (CIS Benchmarks, Cloud Security Controls Matrix)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and industry standards related to risk management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
