- Recruitment, Sourcing (Mandatory skills) essential for identifying and selecting the best candidates quickly.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and customize recruitment strategies.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to enable proactive recruitment for future needs.
- Negotiate employment terms and prepare offer letters for successful candidates.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.

- Maintain a robust database of potential candidates and manage recruitment metrics for reporting purposes.
