We are seeking a Senior SME for Ping Directory to join our team in Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, or Bengaluru. This is a full-time role that demands a deep understanding of directory services and identity management to support our clients effectively. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing strategic insights and technical expertise, enhancing our ability to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in LDAP Protocol, Netiq, and Ping Directory (Mandatory skill) to manage and troubleshoot directory structures and ensure secure information management.
• A strong foundation in Identity Management, essential for maintaining user privileges and ensuring secure access across systems.
• Experience with Active Directory to support authentication and authorization in a networked environment effectively.
• Knowledge of EDirectory to aid in managing user accounts and rights across different platforms efficiently.
• Excellent analytical skills to diagnose complex problems and provide innovative solutions.
• Strong communication skills, required to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify areas for process improvement and automation.
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise-level directory service management, showcasing your capacity to handle complex technical environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support and management for Ping Directory, ensuring high availability and performance of directory services.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to implement identity management strategies that align with organizational security policies.
• Analyze existing directory architectures and recommend improvements or enhancements to optimize service delivery.
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures for directory services to protect sensitive information.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex directory service issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime.
• Architect, configure, and maintain directory synchronization and integration solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior staff, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in directory services to ensure Covenant remains at the forefront of technical excellence.
