Roles & Responsibilities

• ·Work closely with various internal parties i.e. Sales, Trading, Business Managers, RMs, Operation, IT, Risk, Client Services, Compliance, Legal etc.
• ·Handle, operate, and follow on post-trade process to ensure smooth front to back, including
• ·Manual booking in the front office systems (Smart Derivatives, Fish, Brio, WinSales,,.etc) verifying the details from Sales instruction
• ·Preparation of the trade recap and termsheet and checking the Sales CC are booked and reported correctly
• ·Provide timely support for both external and internal queries and solve post-trade related issues. 
• ·Prepare regular reports for the Sales desk including daily recap and the weekly reports on the Sales performance
• ·Assist on ad-hoc requests and handle queries in a timely manner, including
• ·Pre trade checks on Client existing positions, CRDS checks..etc
• ·Product Scopes: mainly and not limited to Listed and OTC Vanilla Options, Forwards, Variance/Volatility Swaps, CFDs, Equity Swaps, Dividend Swaps, P-notes, and other light exotic products.
• Also participate in continuous improving of work flow and product developments, including system migrations and system enhancements
