Responsibilities

• Work closely with various internal parties i.e. Sales, Trading, Business Managers, RMs, Operation, IT, Risk, Client Services, Compliance, Legal etc.
• Handle, operate, and follow on post-trade process to ensure smooth front to back,
• Manual booking in the front office systems (Smart Derivatives, Fish, Brio, WinSales, etc) verifying the details from Sales instruction
• Preparation of the trade recap and termsheet and checking the Sales CC are booked and
• Provide timely support for both external and internal queries and solve post-trade related issues.
• Prepare regular reports for the Sales desk including daily recap and the weekly reports on the Sales performance
• Assist on ad-hoc requests and handle queries in a timely manner, including
• Pre trade checks on Client existing positions, CRDS checks, etc
• Product Scopes: mainly and not limited to Listed and OTC Vanilla Options, Forwards, Variance/Volatility Swaps, CFDs, Equity Swaps, Dividend Swaps, P-notes, and other light exotic products.
• Also participate in continuous improving of work flow and product developments, including system migrations and system enhancements

Specific Qualifications (if required)

• Degree in Finance, Business or Banking
• Good understanding of market conventions, workflows and transaction life cycles to ensure a successful and smooth process
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as a strong team player
• Effective communication skills - written and verbal
• Excellent attention to details and good problem solving skills
• Risk awareness and understands its impact to Front Office and Operational risk
• Strong programming or computer skills is an advantage (VBA, Python)
