Qualification: Engineering/Graduate

Experience: Preferably experience as Data analyst for Safety reporting at corporate level

Job Description:

• Familiar with technical terms of EHS indicators
• Data collection, consolidation, validation, reconciliation and reporting of EHS and Sustainability performance
• Strong skills on excel and data analysis
• Sharing of status report at regular intervals on data availability
• Follow up with business heads / plant on any required details and data uploads and timely response to mail communications
• Ability to review the performance and highlight the key variances
• Manage Global facility list
• Request for reasoning from the business team on the variances identified
• Preparing, Reviewing and Publishing monthly decks related to Safety
• Collaborate with corporate team to finalize the monthly report on Safety
• Administrate the digital platforms such as SAP, SharePoint etc., (Control User access; Initiate Design/workflow changes; Co-ordinate with tool support team)
• Active participate in automation and process improvement initiatives for enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of the activities
• Ensure strong stakeholder management
• Steering Monthly reviews, taking minutes and following up for resolution of open points identified
