Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Head of Retail Operations to lead and optimize retail performance across multiple outlets. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing large-scale retail operations, driving sales, and overseeing merchandising, inventory, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets across all retail outlets.
• Develop and implement budgets and retail operation plans.
• Formulate merchandising policies and sales promotion strategies.
• Ensure SOP adherence for in-store activities and corporate sales.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock supply for retail outlets.
• Evaluate sales performance and operational records.
• Lead and supervise retail staff and area managers.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize pilferage.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless retail operations.
• Conduct regular data analysis and performance reviews.

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or MBA in Retail Management or related field.
• Experience:
• 15-20 years in Retail Operations, preferably in apparel.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and operational reporting.
