Job Title: Retail Operations Executive

Job Summary:

The Retail Operations Executive will support daily retail operations by working closely with store teams and management. This position is crucial in ensuring streamlined processes, compliance, and an enhanced customer experience. Key responsibilities include inventory management, coordinating promotional activities, and monitoring store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with stores to ensure smooth operations, focusing on stock management, merchandising, and logistics.
• Assist in the execution of promotions and marketing activities to drive sales.
• Track and report store performance, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Act as the communication link between store teams and corporate departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Pazo, Genesis, or similar retail software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail operations or coordination roles.
