Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Program Analyst to join our team on a Full-Time basis in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience, specializing in fullstack development and related technologies. The role requires a proactive approach to software development within our dynamic and growing organization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrable experience of 1-3 years in software development with an emphasis on fullstack technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of .net applications and proficiency in dot net frameworks.
• Proficiency in Visual Basic (VB) scripting to develop seamless and efficient code.
• Strong development skills with a focus on systemic problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess program requirements and devise best solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and diverse team environment.
• Critical thinking aptitude with a continuous improvement mindset and ethics in every action.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders.
