Key Responsibilities
• Client Support:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
o Provide one-on-one support to clients, addressing their concerns and queries on different
interventions.
o Conduct monthly site visit with client locations to monitor progress and satisfaction.
o Accompany as trainer for programs in Competency building workshops for executives, and contract
workmen
• Training and Education:
o Deliver customized training sessions to clients, both in English and local language.
o Create user-friendly documentation and guides to aid clients in understanding new interventions or
processes.
o Ensure clients are well-versed in the functionality and benefits of the safety culture interventions.
o Able to explain concept through gamification and experiential learning
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
o Quickly identify, analyze, and resolve client issues related to the safety culture interventions.
o Collaborate with technical teams to address and resolve any technical problems.
o Provide timely and effective solutions to client issues to minimize disruption.
• Feedback and Improvement:
o Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas of improvement in the implementation process.
o Propose and implement enhancements to training materials and support strategies based on client
feedback.
o Document common issues and solutions to improve the support process for future implementations.
• Coordination and Communication:
o Work closely with the project manager to ensure alignment of project timelines and client
expectations.
o Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including clients, project teams,
and senior management.o Prepare regular reports on client progress, issues encountered, and resolutions provided.
• Experience:
o Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in implementation, customer support, or
training.
o Familiarity with the specific safety system or process being implemented is highly desirable.
o Experience in project management or coordination is a plus.
• Skills:
o Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
o Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
o Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
o Excellent organizational and time management skills.
o Proficiency in using training and support tools.
