Job Title: Senior Process Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex engineering projects, contributing your expertise to the development of innovative solutions while advancing your own professional skills.

Key responsibilities will include providing process engineering services to clients, performing detailed process design work, and offering technical support within the process engineering team. You will be responsible for the preparation of process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and equipment specifications, ensuring designs adhere to safety, efficiency, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct process design calculations, simulations, and modeling using industry-standard software tools.
• Develop and review process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and equipment specifications.
• Perform process equipment sizing, hydraulic and heat exchanger design, and pressure relief calculations.
• Evaluate and optimize process design alternatives to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation) to integrate process designs into larger project plans.
• Participate in project meetings, technical reviews, and discussions with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, helping to foster a collaborative and supportive working environment.

About You:

To be considered for this role, we expect you to possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in process design for offshore, onshore, or refinery projects.
• Proven experience working in multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Strong proficiency in process design software and related tools.
• Competent in the use of MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
• A recognized degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
