This position involves designing, architecting, and developing software features and functions that address business and user needs. As a Full Stack Principal Engineer and Application Architect, you will bring your expertise to solve complex problems and deliver value-driven solutions for stakeholders.

You’ll Need To Have:

• A bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience driving large-scale programs/projects using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot Microservices, MFE, Oracle, or Cassandra.
• Proficiency in developing microservices with Java, Spring Boot, and JPA.
• Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS (certification is a plus).
• Familiarity with SRE/DevOps tools like GIT, Jenkins, Logstash, Kibana, RabbitMQ, etc.
• Experience developing containerized applications/services with tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra or MongoDB.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining KPIs and metrics.
• Hands-on experience using GIT, Stash, GitLab, and continuous integration/delivery pipelines.
• Agile team experience.
• Experience writing unit tests, creating test suites, and ensuring code coverage.
• A history of mentoring junior developers.

Even Better If You Have:

• A Master’s degree.
• Experience driving proof of concepts by exploring new tools and techniques on cloud and DevOps platforms.
• Contributions to building a knowledge repository.
• An ability to develop innovative business ideas and collaborate with teams to pursue patent opportunities.
• Familiarity with Tableau.
• Experience working with JSON and NoSQL repositories.
• Knowledge of remediating vulnerabilities reported by Fortify or web scans.
• Experience with the latest third-party and open-source Java libraries.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
