Responsibilities:
The ‘Client Solutions’ Servicing / Relationship Management Role:
·The team acts as a central point of contact for Prime Services clients
(hedge fund and institutional clients), working with various internal departments to
ensure clients’ needs are understood and met. They promote a consultative
approach through deep knowledge of their clients and their portfolios, offering
appropriate solutions and guiding them through the organisation.
·The team supports the handling of post trade queries and assists
the wider APAC Prime RM team located in Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and
Australia.
Partner with Transition to ensure new clients are properly setup
(reporting, pricing, rehyp, margins etc).
Operations oversight and technology development assistance.
Act as an escalation point for existing APAC Prime Services clients
including the resolution of issues not resolved by Operations, IT, other
internal departments.
Responsible for setting up new markets for existing clients (EE, Stock
Loan, IT and Ops connectivity).
Be the APAC RM SPOC on all improvements points and be responsible
to draft the business requirements and provide support on the testing &
delivery phase.
At least 5 years previous experience in Prime Brokerage Onboarding /
Transition role.
